Combining a brilliant location - tucked away on a side street overlooking an open park - and architectural appeal courtesy of plenty glass, steel and timber, Park House I is the quintessential summer holiday pad.

With a total five bedrooms, this easy-flow home can sleep a max 10 guests - ideally made up of two families,
or one extended family. 

There are two main King ensuites, with the balance made up by three compact Queen rooms with shared full bathroom and separate toilet. 

All life's little comforts are provided during your stay: quality linen and bath and pool towels, soap and shampoo, black-out blinds for late lie-ins, Wifi on tap throughout the house, Smart TVs with Netflix in several rooms, free firewood for the braai and patio fireplace, the list goes on... 

There are two secure undercover parking bays. 

Over December and January, our cleaning lady Hessie and groundsman Mike are included in the rate for
six days a week.
